William “Skip” Arbuckle III

On Thursday, June 8, 2017 Attorney Arbuckle was sworn in as a full time federal magistrate judge for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.  Judge Arbuckle will sit in the Federal Court House in Williamsport.  Becoming a full time judge requires Judge Arbuckle to withdraw completely from the practice of law effective June 8, 2017.
